What You’ll Do:
- Place IT staff (helpdesk, desktop support, installation) with top Bay Area clients.
- Drive new business through warm leads and targeted outreach.
- Maintain a 90%+ renewal rate and expand existing accounts.
- Spend 70% of your time prospecting, 20% nurturing relationships, and 10% reporting.
What You Bring:
- 2–5 years of IT staffing sales experience (MSP, recruiting firm, or similar).
- Proven success placing technical talent and exceeding quotas.
- Strong communication skills and consultative selling style.
